Bacon Pork Kabobs
When it comes to BBQ, pulled pork is one of the most popular of all dishes. This simple, great tasting version is slow cooked in a crock pot so you don’t have to heat up your kitchen or your BBQ. Try it. We guarantee you’ll like it!
3 – 3½ lbs Port loin
¾ C Chicken broth
1 C Arizona Rub Old Wrangler™ BBQ Sauce
3 – 4 TBSP Arizona Original Rub (or blend of your choice)
6 Buns (optional)
Place pork loin in crock pot. Coat liberally on all sides with Arizona Rub. Add chicken broth. Cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours or until you can easily flake the meat with a fork. Remove pork from pot. Drain juices from crock pot and reserve. Remove any fat from pork loin then shred and place back into crock pot. Add BBQ sauce and about ½ cup of reserved juices. Mix well to coat evenly. Let cook on low for another thirty minutes. Serve pulled pork on buns or as is with sides of Cole slaw, Arizona Oven Baked Fries or roasted corn on the cob.
