BBQ Chipotle Coleslaw Burgers

Hamburgers are always a family favorite and these juicy full-flavored burgers will top your list of most-requested BBQ meals.

Burgers
1¼ lb Lean ground beef (15% fat)
1 Whole egg
¼ C Arizona Rub Old Wrangler™ BBQ Sauce
½ C Panko breadcrumbs
2 TBSP Arizona Chipotle Rub
4 Slices pepper jack cheese
4 Onion hamburger buns

Coleslaw
2 C Packaged cabbage and carrot coleslaw mix
1 TBSP Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Sour cream
1 TSP Red wine or cider vinegar
1½ TSP Sugar
1/8 TSP Salt
1/8 TSP Black pepper

Combine all coleslaw ingredients except coleslaw and whisk to blend. Add coleslaw mix and toss well. Cover and refrigerate. Combine all burger ingredients in medium size bowl and mix well. Let rest for 30 minutes allowing breadcrumbs to hydrate. After resting, shape into four equal size patties. Grill approximately 4 or 5 minutes per side (meat thermometer should reach 160°). Top with pepper jack cheese slices. Toast buns while grilling burgers. Place cooked patty on bun bottom, top with coleslaw and other half of bun. Serve. (Note: Consider serving with Arizona Oven Baked Fries.)
