Oven Baked Ribs

These ribs are easy to prepare and delicious. They will be very moist and flavorful and the meat will fall off the bone.

2 Racks Baby Back Ribs (select ribs with a lot of meat)
¼ C Arizona Original Rub
1 ½ C Arizona Rub Old Wrangler™ BBQ Sauce

Cut ribs into halves (or your preferred serving size). Coat ribs thoroughly with Arizona Rub paying particular attention to the meaty side. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or more.

Remove seasoned ribs from refrigerator and wrap each rib section in aluminum foil—meaty side up. Place in baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for about 2 to 2 ½ hours. Remove from oven. Carefully open foil and brush well with BBQ sauce. Close foil and return to oven for about an hour. (Note: This step may be repeated one more time after 30 minutes if desired.)

Remove from oven and enjoy! Suggestion: Use the juices held in by the foil on baked potatoes.
