Our Cabernet Sauvignon wines are sourced from our Block 3 vineyard in southeastern Arizona. The dry, unforgiving microclimate and high altitude of the site produce winegrapes of extraordinary quality. The wine is aromatic, with distinctive tropical notes of mango and passionfruit on the nose. Medium-bodied, the wine is richly flavored with juicy black cherry & currant notes, and it will pair wonderfully with prime rib, roasted lamb and strong cheeses such as a Bleu, Roquefort or well-aged Stilton.
