Details

Solo is produced as a Ruby-style port wine made from hand-harvested Grenache. The fermenting grapes were fortified with eau-de-vie to preserve their natural sweet character. We aged the wine in French oak barriques for 20 months, which softened the wine and gave it a distinctive caramel note on the finish. The wine is beautifully-sweet, rich and bursting with ripe notes of raspberry and stewed strawberry.
