We grow Ugni Blanc at our Block 3 vineyard in southeastern Arizona, and we use it primarily for distilling brandy. In 2021, we held back a small amount in the vineyard to produce this delicious late harvest dessert wine. Fortified with neutral spirits distilled from the same harvest, the wine was aged for 16 months in grappa casks. It has flavors of peach & apricot, with pronounced daffodil/spring flowers floral character on the nose. A beautiful wine that's weighty on the palate, serve chilled as a sweet finish to a wonderful evening with friends.
