Flying Leap is a collective of farmers, winemakers, and distillers. We crafted this fine bourbon from a soured mash of New Mexican blue corn and distilled it onsite at our winery estate south of Tucson. We patiently aged the whiskey for four years in charred American oak casks. It embodies our dedication to premium quality, distinctive flavors, and uniqueness.
