Our Cabernet Franc benefits from southeastern Arizona's long growing season and uniquely warm, dry microclimate, which intensify the fruit's aromatics and flavors. Hand-harvested, the grapes were vinified into age worthy wines and patiently aged in concrete tanks across multiple seasons. This non-vintage varietal combines proportions from various vintages, offering herbaceous aromatics with hints of dried cranberry and pencil shavings. Bursting with mouth-watering acidity, the wine showcases lush fruit notes like freshly-picked raspberry, plum and ripend black cherry. Ideal for extended cellar aging, the wine pairs seamlessly with sharp cheeses and roasted poultry such as turkey, chicken and quail.
