In vintage after vintage, our Sangiovese vines ripen fully to produce refreshing, food-friendly table wines that are well-balanced, smooth & medium-bodied. The wine's natural high acidity, lightly-oaked character and fruit forward essence make it an ideal accompaniment with simple pizzas, tomato-based cassoulets and cured dry salamis such as Sopressata, Agrumi or Finochiona (fennel-based).
