RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is always our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate a return.

Products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). Products must be returned postage prepaid. Return shipments sent with postage due will not be accepted.

Prior to returning a product to us, please contact us via email at returns@arizonarub.com to obtain authorization and return instructions.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPMENT 

If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipment, please send an email to customerservice@arizonarub.com explaining the nature of the damage. Make sure you include the name on the order and the order number so we can arrange replacement. Damaged products must be reported within five days of receipt. Items reported after the five day period will not be replaced.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all promotional items, if any. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.

Items that have been opened or used by the customer cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on orders where a promotional item has not been returned with the order. These ‘extras’ must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund.

When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all free and promotional items, if any, that came with your order. Generally, you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all the original contents. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be subtracted from original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued.

SHIPPING REFUNDS

Shipping charges on returns are not refundable.
